What's inside

Your daily paperwork, brought together.

Everything a shop, a wholesaler or a contractor keeps on paper — kept for you, checked for you, and ready when the accountant calls.

  • Invoices that add up

Line and document discounts, tax on what is actually charged, and totals rounded the way each currency is counted — so the paper always matches the books.

  • A clearer end to every shift

Open a shift with a cash float, record counter sales, and compare the cash you count with the expected balance.

  • Debts both ways

What customers owe you and what you owe suppliers, with credit limits that are actually enforced.

  • Stock you can trust

Counted per warehouse as you buy and sell. Selling more than the shelf holds is caught before it is written.

  • Currencies kept separate

Price in dollars, get paid in dinars — each currency keeps its own ledger, and nothing is converted behind your back.

  • Drafts that wait

Save an invoice as a draft and finish it later. Browser recovery can also help you resume unfinished work after closing a tab.

  • Print it your way

Create an invoice template with your logo and preferred layout, then use it to print documents in your chosen language.

  • Who did what, when

Owners, admins and members see what they should. Every change is signed, dated and kept.

Before and after

Keep the records. Leave the manual totals behind.

  • Counting the drawer at close and hoping it matches

The till knows what it should hold before you count

  • Finding the shelf empty when a customer asks

Stock drops with every sale, in every warehouse

  • Asking around to learn who changed a price

Why it matters

Write each sale once,
and the till, the shelf and the books agree.

One invoice, three languages

Your customer reads Kurdish. Your supplier reads Arabic. Your auditor reads English.

Every screen and every printed document switches language — right-to-left included — while the numbers stay exactly the same. Hand each person the copy they can read.

  • Right-to-left layouts, not mirrored afterthoughts
  • Latin digits on every document, so figures never change
  • Each person chooses their own language

Connected from the first entry

One sale. A clear trail through your business.

A sale means more than a printed invoice. See where the goods went, where the payment belongs and what is still due.

Save the sale

The items, customer, warehouse and payment start on one invoice.

  • The shelf stays in step

Sold goods reduce stock in the selected warehouse, so the next sale starts with the updated quantity.

  • The payment has a place

Record the payment in its cash box and currency. Dollars stay dollars; dinars stay dinars.

  • The balance tells the rest

Keep the unpaid amount with the customer, then record a cash receipt when they settle it.

Cash sales and credit sales use the same connected records, with each currency keeping its own balance.

How it works

Your first invoice starts with a few simple steps.

  1. Set up your company

Name it, add your logo, choose your currencies and your time zone.

  2. Add what you sell

Items, units and warehouses — or start writing invoices and add them as you go.

  3. Invite your team

Give each person a role and a warehouse. They see what they need; you see everything.

Questions

Asked before, answered here.

Does it work in Arabic and Kurdish?

Yes. The whole app switches between English, Arabic and Central Kurdish (Sorani), with right-to-left layouts, and every printed document follows the language you choose.

Can one invoice mix dollars and dinars?

Yes. Lines can be priced in different currencies and paid in several at once. Each currency keeps its own balance, so no exchange rate is invented behind your back.

Will it stop me selling stock I don't have?

Yes. Each line shows the available quantity in the selected warehouse. The app prevents you from saving a sale that would make stock negative.

What happens if my browser closes mid-invoice?

The invoice is kept in your browser and offered back when you return, and you can always save it as a draft to finish later.

Can my staff see everything?

Only what their role allows. Owners manage the company, admins run the books, and every change is recorded in the audit log.

Can I print on my own invoice design?

Yes. Design your invoice once — logo, colours, which figures to show — and every document of that type prints on it as a PDF.

Do I have to set up every item first?

Begin with the items you need for your first invoice. Add the rest of your catalogue as you go.

Can I bring my team in later?

Start with your own account. Invite colleagues and assign their roles when you are ready to share the work.

Close today's books before closing time.
